ABOUT ME
The Path That Got Me Here
My story begins in Antigua, Guatemala, a very poor area where I was born with multiple illnesses and severely malnourished. When I came to the U.S. at just a year and a half old, I was so small that doctors said I looked like a newborn. That beginning has shaped how I see everything: life, opportunity, and what it means to show up for others.I grew up in Chicago for 12 years before moving to Tennessee, where I graduated from Page High School in 2023. At one point, I thought I wanted to become a gemologist. I even earned certifications in watches and pearls.
But the more I learned about myself, the more I realized that wasn’t where my heart was. Now, I’m studying marketing at Columbia State Community College and spending more and more time where I feel most alive in the community. Along with my interest in politics, I enjoy volunteering at the local homeless shelter and helping out at events that benefit others. Whether it’s lending a hand, showing up to support a cause, or just talking with people, I care deeply about being involved in real, everyday ways. I’m not running for anything. I’m just committed to being involved, staying curious, and helping where I can
